Orders and Payments

Q:  I want to buy some stuff, what payment methods can I use?

We accept all major credit cards through our online store.
PayPal and Venmo can be arranged if needed.

 

Q:  I placed my order last week, where on earth is it?

Most items are sold as a pre-sale 10-14 days in advance, then custom-printed and shipped within about 18 days of your order.

Each product page details the turnaround time to produce that item and ship to you. 

This helps us keep from being left with overstock and extra inventory, in turn keeping our costs down and allowing us to be able to offer high quality products you'll love and enjoy. 

 

Q:  This is a gift for someone, but it's not going to arrive in time. Help!

If you need a notecard or physical item to give to someone for a celebration or holiday, please let us know (include your Order #!) and we'll arrange something special for you to present them with! Then in a short amount of time they'll receive their awesome SONA gifts!

  

Shipping 

Q:  How do I track my order?

Once your order ships (typically through USPS) you’ll instantly receive a tracking number that you can use to watch in real time as your shipment makes its way to you. Sign up for shipping updates at the USPS site as well!

 

Q:  But do you ship everywhere?

We do! 
No matter where you’re located we want to get SONA items in your hands.

Free Shipping within the contiguous USA

+ $10 shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Mexico

+ $15 shipping everywhere else

  

Returns and Exchanges

Q:  Can I return this?

All sales are final. No refunds.

Since these are custom-printed wearable garments, we aren’t able to accept any returns for refunds. 

We do offer exchanges for other sizes if needed, or can arrange credit for a special situation. 

 

Q:  What if this doesn't fit me?

Before ordering-  Check our size guides included with the products to make sure it's along the lines of what you're thinking. Many shirts and sweatshirts vary in size between brands, and we want you to be comfortable as possible. If you have any questions, you can always reach out and we'll help you get something that suits your needs!

After ordering-  We want you to wear these products and feel great about them.

Q:  Hey! I only see shirts and hoodies, when are you going to make ______?

Great question!

Everything you see on the store is limited, meaning we’re going to change our products within the next few weeks/months to curate different items! We’ll always have some apparel available, but we’re working on making some other products to push the mission forward!
